Throughout the workshop, participants will learn how to mix colors, blend shades, and create depth in their paintings through layering. We will focus on creating monochromatic, non-objective paintings, working on building gradients through the buildup of layers. From beginner painters to seasoned artists looking to refine their skills, this workshop is designed to cater to all experience levels.
Attendees will learn and practice 8 different layering techniques with watercolor. They will make 2 5x7 layered artworks and a larger 8x10” artwork using their preferred layering styles.
